If you have a NON-EMERGENCY maintenance request please submit your request via the Maintenance Tab or by logging into your online portal. If you have an EMERGENCY maintenance request, please call 414-271-5201

Resident Resources

When you need us, you’ll get the right person, with the right skills and the right tools to respond. Each of our communities has a designated on-site manager who handles routine inquiries and issues. When additional skills are needed, our full-time maintenance technician will step in. It’s important to us that your appliances and apartment features are kept in good working order. If something in your apartment or building is not working, please call our office at 414-271-5201 or submit a request for maintenance using our online form.

We encourage your participation and involvement in guiding our continuous improvement efforts. Below you will find a list of resources at your disposal. Please use them to support our commitment to keeping the apartments well maintained.
