Pet Policy

All Wellston Communities are PET FREE EXCEPT Oak View Manor, Carriage Court and Indian Hills Apartments

A one time $300 fee will be charged for each pet.

Monthly Pet Fee: $30/pet

Maximum 2 Pets Per Apartment not to exceed 100lbs.

Prohibited breeds are: Rottweiler, Great Dane, Pit Bull Terrier, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Akita, Wolf-dog Hybrids, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher, St. Bernard, Dalmatian, Mastiff, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Chow Chow, Staffordshire Terrier, or any dog containing a mix of any of these breeds.
